Locals receive 90 minutes free at the Hualalai Parking Lots. Park and look at the sign, If you have a local id they will ask you to text a number and submit your license plate number as well as a picture of the front and back of your local ID card. If your a visitior to Hawai’i please follow visitor instructions for paid parking.
